The 5 Elements Coaching Course: Module 3

In this module you will explore relating, appreciation of others and how to navigate perceptual view points. Experientially discover creative solutions and passionate engagement in what you love. Discern what sustains motivation, vitality and energy and get unstuck from unhealthy relational dynamics.

This session is part of The 5 Elements Coaching Course. In this coaching program you will learn coaching skills and a framework based on the teachings of the 5 elements, so that you can assist and empower others through inquiring questions and a systemic approach that facilitates change.

Each session includes:

  • Live teaching online

  • Live Coaching demo’s

  • Access to a member resource page

  • Handouts and course materials

  • A community of learners to connect with

  • Break-out sessions to practice Coaching

  • Recordings of each session

This is a unique program that combines Tibetan Buddhist Teaching’s, Mindfulness, Inquiry, and some of the latest developments in Coaching.

Who is this for?

This course has a focus on skills and through an integrative framework invites participants that are interested in inner development, continuing their personal growth, along with helping professional, coaches, counsellors, and therapists that support others on their journey.

This module consists of 2 sessions, each is 3.5 hours in length. Each module is a stand-alone and can be taken separately.
