Module 3: Fire: Appreciative Connection/Living with Vitality
In this module you will explore relating, appreciation of others and how to navigate perceptual view points. Experientially discover creative solutions and passionate engagement in what you love. Discern what sustains motivation, vitality and energy and get unstuck from unhealthy relational dynamics.
Module 1: Earth: Finding the Ground/Inner Resources
This module focuses on our capacity to connect to groundedness, stability and inner confidence, helps in the process of creating and finding inner resources and how to live a deeply value based life. There is the supportive space to be guided towards equanimity and enrichment.
Module 3: Air: Transformative Action/Inner Fulfillment
In this module you have an opportunity to discover more about inspiration, and facilitating change and movement. Support and find ways to set aligned goals and take mindful action. Learn to create effortless spontaneous results that serve a larger vision and create pathways towards purposeful achievement.
Module 5: Space: Spacious Being/Unlimited Potential
This module is about turning towards spaciousness, openness and beingness and practicing not knowing to bring light to unlimited possibilities. From spaciousness we can learn to witness experience, rather than get caught up in it. Allowing an encompassing perspective we can let go of habitual tendencies and find the simplicity of the moment.
