About Nicole Koch
Nicole Koch is a Certified Life and Wellness Coach, Counsellor and Facilitator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s degree in Coaching Psychology. She was certified as a Coach through Erickson Coaching International and is an Accredited ICF Coach.
Currently based in Spain and Canada, she has lived for more than 20 years in Vancouver, Canada and was born and raised in Germany.
Her approach combines Solution-Focused methods, mindfulness, inquiry and Buddhist Psychology. She is teaching courses on communication, balance, the 5 elements and meditation.

In this 3-hour workshop series find and discover balance through transformation of the inner critic, moving towards a compassionate orientation and bringing a holistic mindset to limiting patterns. The 5 Elements Coaching Course
In this 5 Module Coaching Program Online you will learn coaching skills and a framework based on the teachings of the 5 elements, so that you can assist and empower others through inquiring questions and a systemic approach that facilitates change. Join in for the next module or the full course.
Meditation Course Series
This is open for all, especially beginners of meditation. This 6 session series is designed to introduce you to meditation as a regular practice and to provide a structure and understanding of the basics of meditation. You will be taught a simple meditation practice and supported through stages of meditative development.
Meditation Hour
This is an opportunity to join in for a meditation practice and connect with a group. We will share a meditation together to support our development and ease and find inner restfulness. This is open to various meditation practices. Find some space and enrich your inner discovery!
